I use this Yeti every work day (and have another that says #1 dad) with a smaller travel cup for the ride to work. If I finish the Yeti, I refill with diet soda (and fully realize my pot of coffee and 2 liter of soda routine is not the healthiest - but my caffeine and nicotine addictions save the lives of others).

I have a toddler that loves to either drink or spill my coffee, soothe mugs are currently retired. However, I love my 80's style Detroit Tigers mug and another mug with hand painted eagles on it.

I use these at work and bring a thermos for refills. Keeps coffee hot all day, or ice cold all day. And I mean all day.

My favorite is a World War II-vintage U.S. Navy white, handleless, Corning watch-stander's mug. It's heavy, holds a good amount of coffee, and the glass transfers the heat nicely to the hands:

Another favorite of mine, not for coffee, but for ice water, is a Starbuck's insulated mug made of metal with two-layer insulation, that keeps a drink hot or cold for a long time. It's the shape of a tea glass and holds about 16 ounces.
