Hadn't dug this deep into my southern pocket for a while, but I got a good deal on some scrap pieces from the butcher this week and I couldn't resist.

Mixed greens w/ split pigs feet, cowboy potatoes, pan fried beef liver & cornbread... Mmmmmmmm.... all from scratch, just like my Nana used to make.

A lot of times. I forget what I had for dinner. Thanksgiving is an exception. Tonight, I had Taco Hell. It was an exception. Not because it was great or anything, but because of their red cabbage coleslaw. I haven't had vinegar based coleslaw this good since Bojangles discontinued their vinegar based coleslaw. I need to recreate it.
