I prefer function over style, so this doesn't appeal to me, interesting as it is.

I do like most of the shapes that others here say they don't.

Hooray for differences.

Rather than shapes, I don't like straight stems, unless they are nosewarmer short. Nor do I like saddle stems. Tapered with a slight bend is what works for me.

Seems like there are many pure breed oom paul puppies that require a home. PM me for adoption. No papers required.

Never been into the meers shaped like animals or people etc. Also never been a fan of the calabash shape or the horn shapes. Although, I do like a nice freehand like Nording does.

I dont like oom pauls or figural pipes. Churchwardens arent my favorite, but I have seen some I like. Then there are some shapes that could go just either way for me. Apples, princes, billiards, and rhodesians are in that category

I dislike short-stemmed pipes as they tend to look unimaginative and dull. I prefer churchwarden-style pipes.

I see we have a consensus....

Everybody dislikes something...
As for what shape I dislike...

I never could figure out what it actually was. :D
I own a little bit of everything in my collection.

I never look for what I don't like, but rather what I do, and that is totally dependent on my sense of aesthetics at the time.

I never liked the look of Oom Pauls or Calabashes, but I will ultimately buy one anyway at some point because they are supposed to be great smokers. I happen to love Victorian-style lap pipes though, which makes my dislike for those other shapes seem silly.

I'm not a huge fan of American Freehands, but the ones that the Danish come up with look pretty cool. I am with a lot of other people in the fact that I do not like a lot of whimsical shapes, and I too prefer function over style. And I hate those pipes that are deemed "bridge" shape, the ones that look like someone just drilled a smoking chamber and a tenon hole into a piece of briar and called it done. WTF?!

I am not a fan of Oom Pauls and there is something about Pokers that I do not like as well, although I do not mind making them what so ever. These are just two styles of pipes I can't see myself owning.

Not a fan of churchwardens or hawkbills, but to each their own. Never been a poker fan, but lately I've mellowed on that front. Changing tastes I reckon. I used to favour bents exclusively, but I've acquired a few straights over the last couple of years that I enjoy greatly.
