Whatcha Smokin' for the Holidays?

In my house the Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) begin on Thanksgiving Day. After that I am thinking of sticking to holiday blends just for fun. For fun mind you . I have 3/4 opened tin of We Three Kings from last year, unopened 2020 and 2021 Cringle flake (i plan on getting some 2022), Star of the East, 2022 Jolly old St Nick and 2019 Corn Cob pipe, 2017 McClelland Xmas Cheer and 2017 Holiday Spirit. What you all planning on seeking comfort in this season?

I will be loading a pipe of L.J. Peretti's Thanksgiving Day on T Day and be opening a tin of We Three Kings on Christmas. I haven't decided on a New Years blend yet...maybe some C&D King Cake since it is sweet and seems to fit with the upbeat mood.

I'll be smoking Six Pence by G.L. Pease.

I like fuller, meatier blends in the fall, like HH Bold Kentucky and similar blends. As it gets closer to Christmas I'll pop a tin of 2020 cringle flake and smoke that till it's gone.

Currently smoking Stonehaven on this first day of my week long holiday. Gonna have to bust out the Cringle Flake this upcoming Thanksgiving week.

I smoke more red Virginias in cooler weather, so I have been working on a tin of 2017 Christmas Cheer for a while now. Other than that, I don't have any plans to smoke any "holiday" blends.

I’d like to think that I’ll be having more in the future, but it’s just too costly, and I worry about it losing flavor with time.

You wont be disappointed with McClellands, especially the holiday blends. For those aromatic smokers out there, I think there are a lot of good selections for the holidays and, if you can afford it, Christmas Cheer is certainly a delicious blend

Well I never did get around to 2021 Cringle Flake last year, so I'll probably crack a tin of that here in a couple weeks. Also have some LJP Thanksgiving Day that isn't bad. Other than those two, just my standard fare of Virginia and Virginia/perique blends.
