What type of internet user are you?

That sure is a lot to choose from. It might take me a few days to sort through which one is mine. However, one popped out at me as being the ones I hate to talk with, the Godfather. The guy who has posted the most on a forum or is known for this or that. If they come down from their silver lined clouds and smack you, you are not allowed to say anything in retaliation, or a thousand other people will jump you. You cannot prevent them from getting your thread closed, and they kill all discussion. They are like the black death for a thread.
Also a difficulty of being a mod. When the mod says something, on most forums, people take it as some kind of word of law from the forum itself, not a mod-acting-as-a-user having a comment of his or her own.
Closet Grammarian. I hardly ever point out grammatical mistakes, but they irk me no end. Sew their!

Mr. Magoo as a Cyber Guru, and I don't do social media unless Forums counts. I came to chip-based tech at work, into middle age, on off-brand machines (Decmate??!) and had an equally bad intro when I finally bought a computer for home. Many horror stories, like aversion therapy. So I've never been a happy hacker.
OH, I CAN RELATE!!!!!!!!! To the closet grammarian. And to the ALL CAPS and multiple exclamation points haters. But I try to hold my tongue on all of those.
Spelling lames are nearby: "It's" is the most common misteak on usenet, if not here. If one sounds it out to "it is", he will see that it's either right or wrong. "The dog wagged it's tail"—bzzzzzt!

Being Profundus Maximus means actually winning requires luring an opponent into the maw of someone more knowledgeable (making me a Picador). And I like to think I have constructive tendencies.
