Yes they can! So I guess the wet vs. dry takes it outside the parameters of the list, lol.

Actually did that last night with a blend I didn't want to wait a day to try, and yes, a few relights (and sometimes I just put the pipe down for a bit while I'm relaxing) and no big deal to me, but normally the drier the better for me.

Did put some of the same out earlier today to see how it is when it is much drier and will take it with me tomorrow for the return trip home after a visit out of town.
