Hahaha! While I posted this query in all seriousness, I knew it would elicit a funny response. If no one knows the specific pipe, does anyone know one that is similar in style? I really like the shank on this pipe, how it is quite thick and longer than the stem. Any recommendations on something similar?
Like was mentioned before it appears to be a volcano pipe shape and as to maker it can't be determined from the picture. Search pipe retailers for volcano and that should send you in the right direction.
To me, it looks like some kind of stretched version of the bulldog. Stretched and curved in the shank and an elongated bowl arrangement but with his hand where it is and the resolution of the photo, it's quite hard to be sure of anything. It's a large pipe and an intriguing shape, for sure.
I have no idea of the maker of the pipe, I only know I wouldn’t have it put up my but if I had room for a freight train. Disgusting

Why would you be looking at that website anyway? The only thing stupider is posting a link so that douchebag gets hits on his site.
Forgive me but why wouldn't or shouldn't he? It's none of our business but it could be any one of thousands of possible ways or reasons he ended up on that site such as clicking on a link in a forum, for example. A google image search. Maybe it's related to his or her studies. Perhaps he just wanted to educate himself in the opinions of others. Maybe it was purely for entertainment reasons. Or maybe he's a Satanist! Who knows? I don't I don't really care to. He doesn't have to answer to me, or to you. He only wanted to know about the pipe and as far as I know, this is one of the better places to ask such a question.
As for the "douchebag" getting more hits on his website, so what. What do you think will happen? You don't have to like it but don't attempt censor what the rest of us see, please. I can make my own mind up, thanks.
My larger concern is that visiting those types of websites often attach viruses. I have my opinion, if you don't like it, it's your problem. With that said, I'll say it differently. The OP should have had the common sense and courtesy before posting such a link. He could have forewarned people of what it was. To not do so was rather stupid and thoughtless. I could care less what web sites people visit our their beliefs. I'll bet if I posted a link to a porn site here, I'd be in hot water. If you are clueless about how viruses and web browsing taking can adversely affect someone, you should get a clue. Good to know you're open minded though.
The destination to where that link was going to take us was hidden behind the word "Here". What if I posted a link that tricked our fellow forum members into going to a porn site? That could have caused problems for them at work, with their marriage, or worse.
