Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris
So the guy was a drug addict who died of an overdose out with a hooker in a cheap motel while he was married and he was doing both Emmylou Harris and Linda Rondsadt and his body was stolen and burned in Joshua Tree National Park. We all are flawed in some ways. Keith Richards liked him, that should count for something.
Why isn’t Gram Parsons in the Country Hall of Fame yet?.
Emmylou Harris has stated many times over the years that she and Gram Parsons were not romantically involved.

Lou Donaldson 11/01/1926 and still going strong.
Many aficionados consider this to be the greatest Jazz recording of all time. I have to agree.

You can't. Hartman had a short career unfortunately. Made a few albums other than the one with Coltane which were, in my view, mediocre by comparison. His potential was incredible but his magnificent voice needed the right songs and arrangements.
