That’s a great record but super depressing. I think if you’re not prone to depression, it’s fine. I was, at one time, very depressed. I’m not now but it brings back those memories. Plus, he did end up killing himself. I think this is a beautiful album and pure. The record company wanted to add strings but he refused. There’s a guy on YouTube I saw recently who tries to show how Drake got that sound, the type of strings he used, where he hits the strings on the guitar, how he plays with his fingers, etc. it’s interesting.
Currently listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd ~ Gimme Back My Bullets.
Recently got this Steely Dan bootleg...pretty good sound.
...took place on 22nd July, 2009, at The Wang Theater in Boston, which featured Aja and The Royal Scam, with a few choice covers throw into the mix for good measure. Performing an extraordinary show that night, the whole affair, which ran to more than 2 hours in length, was also recorded for live FM Broadcast, and transmitted around the greater Boston area, but since the day in question this legendary concert has been heard by few. That all changes with the release of this double CD, which now brings together the entire concert to disc for the first time.

Known for their :::sigh::: rock operas, they wanted this one to be an opera also, but thankfully it just made a really good album. Who?
Not my favorite, but a fun spin. I will never understand how Eddie was ever considered to be ranked alongside Randy Rhodes. And, to name the group after just the guitar player? Dumb.
„Pink Moon“ was one of my favourite records some time ago. I didn’t find it depressing, more so freeing me from my own depressing thoughts. „Bryter Layter“ is another one, a much lighter one, almost dancing. But the Pink Moon is his masterpiece. Really deep music. To sad that he committed suicide, which I believe he did, as many people do, when they suffer from depression.
