Harry Connick Jr. is one of my favorites. Saw him during Mardi Gras in '97, then I was 3rd row when he came to Seattle in the mid 00's. He is just good people.
Listening to my son do his Trombone practice. He is getting pretty good.

I have been on a Mastadon kick this month. Their albums Leviathon, Blood Mountain, and Crack the Skye have been on repaet for the last couple on days. Crack the Skye has titular song is so damn addictive

an old and rather rare dead horse ep called 'feed me' played while i finished 3/4 of a bowl of northwoods. pretty damn fine! now it is richard strauss' vier letzte lieder sung by elisabeth schwarzkopf ... delightful! but i'll be sipping some boswell's burley during this :)
