Currently listening to Generation X (self titled debut) on vinyl. Still working on that same bowl from before.

Been listening to some of my old 45s on the turntable. Here are two that were among my favorites back in 1959.

(And, don't bust my chops about these, it was 1959)
"Come Softly To Me" by Ronnie Height

and, "What Is Love?" by The Playmates

That's great you still have those old 45s Dino. How many do you have?
I had a bunch of them when I was a kid that I wish I still had...but they are unfortunately long gone.

Angel in Disguise...and the rest of it. Not the biggest fan of "country" music but, the man did have a voice.
RIP, Mr. Conley.

Brian, I have about 150 playable 45s, some of the others (my wife's and my sister's) are "partied out" with scratches and scrapes. I tended to buy LPs, and have a couple thousand in an eclectic mix, and few thousand 78s (mostly opera and jazz).

Here's one of those 45s I bought late in my collecting, by Ultravox, that has incredible sound for a 45. (I also have the LP.)
