Jay, Tripe is scored, battered, and deep fried, served up with hot mustard and a huge onion slice on whitebread, along with gunshots depending on where you had to go to get it. I do not miss the gunshots.

I suspect you're talking about Kentucky, however, which gives me an excuse for a road trip.
