Cigarette holder is for the retards who need to hold the cigarette with something other than their finger THEN hold the object that's holding the cigarette.

Pipe is a vessel for toasting/roasting/lightly burning tobacco and enjoying the byproduct of that combustion.

This reminded me of a friend who wanted to drink whiskey, but hated alcohol. I told him that instead of ice, he should put pieces of mineral coal, special for steam trains, it would be healthier for him.
