What is "K.M." on a Savinelli?

KM will be a name of a pipe shop they made house pipes for—they will not be able to be more specific. That’s my guess

There are K.M. tobacco shops in Anaheim and CT so my guess is a pipe of the year for one of them.

This. I have 3 Savinelli pipes that were made for a local tobacconist before they went tits up. They stamp the name of the B&M on the bottom of the pipe.
