The Islay Mist blend was first launched in the 1920s. Known for its good peating level which comes from malts like Laphroaig.

A glass of Candy Apple Red. It's a red wine blend that's a little on the sweet side. Not my usual taste in red wine but there was a little left over and I didn't want to see it wasted. ::

The new bottle of Johnnie Walker Double Black sits unopened on the shelf, wondering when I'll take it out of the box. Not yet!

Had a glass of Bombay Sapphire over ice, followed by a White Russian. Been a while since I had a White Russian and never tried gin on the rocks, but I think I could get to enjoy it.
