Luksusowa Vodka, a nice Polish potato ferment (though I'd love to find some Hetman Ukrainian Vodka).

Any good quality vodka taken neat is a great palate cleanser while smoking.

This has been my go to vodka since I was at the liquor mart and had it recommended to me about 10 years ago
Lately I've discovered Manhattan's made with Blanco Vermouth, it's a really nice change.
