Thanks for the help i knew it had to be something simple that i was missing and it was. There’s a ”like” button bottom-right of every post. On an iPad, I long-press it to get the options other then just ”like”.

Anything from "I agree" to "thanks for your input, even tho my opinion differs"Maybe a little foolish for many, but here it is:
What do the symbols "LIKES" mean to you in our threads?
What is the idea behind?
Do you use them ?
What do you want to express?:
Let him know that you've read?,
That you share their tastes / opinions?
Are you trying to encourage?
Do you want to express empathy?
Is it useful to you in some way?
They're needed because after seeing you've been notified that a thread/discussion you're following has additional comments there's nothing worse than returning to catch up on the chat... only to find nothing more than a bunch of useless 'agree' 'this' or '+1' comments
They make any forum less irritating to use
No likes for few days and well, that noose grandpa used gets pulled out for a fittin'
MY GRANDMA SAID THAT ROPE WAS FOR HORSES ?I'm pretty sure I'm like everyone else where I use it as the gauge for the bedrock of my self esteem. Lots of likes, I'm on solid ground. No likes for few days and well, that noose grandpa used gets pulled out for a fittin'
Like.I use it to confuse and bewilder.
Thank you for you replayAnything from "I agree" to "thanks for your input, even tho my opinion differs"
