I received for my birthday, two incredible pipes. One from TheironMonkey, and the other from Christos, it means a lot to me these gifts, from these great friends of the forum. In addition between my wife and my sister-in-law, they gave me a perfume of my favorite brand. Grateful and lucky, I thank God.

I have been doing work for this one client for over 20 years. For the past four years he has given me a bottle of Blantons every Christmas.

New Homesocks from my friend, "Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale" movie Blu-ray and a very vintage tin of Carrolls Old Road Smoking Mixture.
The tin is a gift from a Dutch pipe smoking friend
Almost forgot to mention ; from my mum an embroidery kit; Hardcore P in cross stitch.

My oldest daughter brought me this today. My kids know me very well.

Pipewise, my19-year old stepson bought me a Missouri Meerschaum Charles Towne Cobbler with green stem and a pipe stand. Great kid!

Nothing pipe related. I got a Far Side calendar and my wife knitted me a sweater using alpaca yarn to go with my alpaca socks. Decadently soft and comfortable. Also one of my brothers was able to visit for a week.

That Limerick is mighty good stuff. I wept when they stopped selling it bulk... and got screwed out of a 1lb bag by P&C.

No fun for Hannukah / Christmas, I had shoulder surgery on Monday, bah humbug and vey is mir!

But, I have been able to sit in the sun today and a smoke a pipe! Always a silver lining.
