Home office day, no pipe yet...leaving in a few hours to go downtown and see The Black Dahlia Murder in concert. I won't be in a costume... :twisted:

Finished a 12 hour shift at 6am, packaged up a pipe rack for a forum friend. smoked a bowl of Nightcap in my Country Gent hit the sack at 8:30 this morning and up at 2 to do it again. :crying:

Just getting done with Calculus for now, then in 20 minutes I do more, repeat until sanity is gone.

Installed my new Kenwood TM 281A Ham radio in my car. Took our little grandson out to eat Mexican tonite. :clap:

other than send flowers to a friend who became a widow this week, cover the patio furniture, smoke a couple of bowls and cook dinner, I did damn near nothing today ...
this was pretty much a bored and boring day at our house ...

Last night, after taking care of my wife (who was sick) all day, I went out with my cousin Zach for a steak and a couple of beers. It was a very welcome break from the rest of my day!

Worked 10 hours building some 75 pound subwoofers. Came home and ate pizza with the wife and kids and watched Lampoons "Christmas Vacaton", played with the little grandson.

Took my laptop to get the virus removed that I got by clicking on a link on one of the threads on here, going to cost $80.00 to fix :twisted:

Removed living/dining room carpet and replaced with "laminate." Looks splendid.

Worked a 10 hour day, with a two hour commute thrown in, then opened up 8 oz. of Penzance I had cellared. Enjoying it now :mrgreen:

Today was just a play day. Cut a few blocks of briar, worked on a couple stems, & fiddled around with the lathe for a while.

Lectured to my CHEM II class on the properties of solids,updated notes for my CHEM I class on atomic structure and toyed with the idea of presenting as a note appendix the classic quantum mechanical problem of a particle in a one dimensional box in my electronic structure notes, and worked some on writing the upcoming CHEM II exam.

We're getting another cold spell in S La so I went and bought a roasting Chicken and a Quart of Fresh Shucked Oysters and wife made a killer Chicken and oyster Gumbo, Toner Ma Sa SecBon

Woke up to light beautiful snow-2 inches. Lit the wood stove, made coffee and planned to gaze upon my new laminate wood floor. Dogs are sliding every direction as they are having trouble getting used to the non carpet traction.

Woke up to yet another day of wind and rain here at Knight island, AK. It has been going for about a week now and has melted just about every flake of what little snow I had. Lots of wind. My Stellars Jays didn't even come for breakfast. lol Who would of thought you had to move to Alaska to get away from snow and freezing temps. Just relaxing and smoking some Balkan. It's rough I tell ya. lol

Woke up. Shaved my head. Took shower. Played Call of Duty Ghosts. Cleaned my pipes from the last week and gave a shank cleaning to another. Cleaned out the coffee pot. Getting ready to start the chili and cook up some chicken for lunches this week. Play more Ghosts. Smoke my pipes. Hopefully get laid. More Ghosts.
