Read books, surfed the web, picked up my wife at the airport( she's been away for a month)

Coached my 15yo son's Babe Ruth baseball All Star team to victory (he had a complete game victory!) and celebrated at home with some Mac Baren Highland Mixture............

Ran to town to grab a few groceries and get out a bit. Since I got home I have been reading(when I wasn't napping in my chair ). Just now I banded a lovely Peter Stokkabye pipe that I got with a busted up shank.

Worked in my wood shop, studied neural tissue.

Made a few shots of Greek style coffee, took care of my elderly dog, since I live alone I must do the cleaning also..

in between that, I'm just enjoying some smoke.
Talk about enjoying some smoke, I don't know why I got away from smoking this Bob Davison Pipe?

It is a sweetheart.

went to a job meeting, got ass chewed on, but they didn't get a virgin, and they didn't even give me a complimentary Kotex to stop the bleeding.

Learned infant CPR this morning, and chauffeured my grand-baby and daughter around this morning.

Worked today, went to friends new townhome and had a burger cooked out on the grill...and listened to them complain about their spoiled daughter that runs their life.

Went kart racing this weekend at Virginia International Raceway. First time I've been in a kart in 27 years.

just too stinkin hot at 99 degrees and being in a driving suit.

I hid from the heat and humidity while I drew up some new designs.

I posted videos on the forum, found out that one of the bands I watch dropped a new album (but only on mixed tape so far), read part of a Christopher Reich novel (Rules of Betrayal) and now I'm eating a hot dog with the black cat staring at me.

Had a couple cups of tea while reading the art of war on the back deck. Packed up my stuff and went to the beach for a few hours with my girlfriend. Afterwards we went to the greatest little fish and chips joint for clams and chips. After that I went down to see my buddy Lawrence who is recovering from a car accident and 8 broken ribs. Gave his dog a bath and kept him company over a couple beer. Now I'm home and readying my pipes for a walk down to the harbour to watch the Natal day fireworks.

I went to the beach, early with my wife, Iris and dog, Jake. Long walk. I watched the Grand Prix of Hungary (Jenson Button won). I sat in the back yard and smoked my calabash, Troost Slice. Now we are barbequing a flank steak, some shrimp, mussels and small lobster tails. Huge salad. EAT! Then SMOKE !!!

Staying out of the heat, I cooked and watched television.
And to cap off a great day I just watched my Cubs beat the danged cardinals!

Just got back from a 3 day camping trip.

early church, then sunday school--home and lunch--read most of PM and got in a short nap--stayed out of heat as much as possible--102F late afternoon--at 11:10PM it is still 92F--
got in a late PM bowl of leavins' jar in a MM Diplomat

Played 5 softball games, couldn't wait to get home showered and fire up some frog morton on the bayou.
