is the Anjeo/OpusX market similar to hard to find pipe tobaccos?
I think so, yes.

Hopefully others with more experience can share too...

From what I understand, Anejos are predictably released twice per year- around Father's day and again before Christmas.

The Opus and variants? No idea if there is any rhyme or reason to their release

I do know that they go to certain stores (Fuente accounts), and different accounts get more (or less) depending on sales.

Another "thing" (that I think is kinda gross) is that some stores put them out "for sale" just like any other product. Other stores hoard them, slow-drip them into stock, charge extra, or keep them aside for the "cool kids."

I have praised these budget cigars before. Today it’s no different. It’s an exceptional again.

Of course I don’t know whether they are really budget cigar, or they were a commercial failure so sold at a deep discount.
I’m tempted to try these out, but pipes have reduced my cigar consumption severely, and my tupperdors are already pretty full. But one or two couldn’t hurt, right? ;)

As for me, I’m enjoying the 38 degree weather and watching it melt the slush out of my driveway, while smoking a La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut churchill. Another few days of this weather and I might even be able to get up the hill without 4WD.

Makes sense Ben, thanks

Boveda bags are great for "temporary" overflow ;)

I'm liking this weather too! Garage smokes with the door open
