Oliva 2nds (Serie V Melanio Maduro) *I think*

She’s lumpy, got soft spots, feels like some stems poking through the wrapper, burns fast, and had a super weird off taste on the light.

Having said all that, the thing actually burns just fine and tastes pretty damn near what I remember the Melanio Maduro tasting like when I had one a couple months ago. Hard to make a definitive call on these after this one stick. Hoping the next one will be a bit closer to one that would pass QC.

Finishing my first CAO Brazilia. I had high hopes. It’s okay, didn’t knock my socks off, but it’s not bad. I don’t think I need a 10 pack. Would smoke again, but not buy a bunch.

side note, there was a guy in the shop smoking a pipe, I swear it smelled like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I asked, he said chocolate mousse, I’m guessing a bulk? The room note was amazing.
