I agree with your notes.Upmann Regalia (from a dress box - not the new tins). Unsure of age, but likely less than 5 years (received it as part of a bomb last year). Not bad and definitely had the Upmann DNA with toast, cream, and light espresso, but also had that somewhat bitter herbal character found in many cheaper petit corona-sized cigars like those under the Partagas and Romeo y Julieta brand. Not bad, but wouldn't buy them.
