That is totally on my to-watch list!
I love almost anything that Taylor Sheridan puts out. I started with his film, "Wind River" 5/5
Then, of course, Yellowstone, 5/5. I enjoyed all the different dynamics in that series, and that it (to me) represented Native American interests well. I also think they handled Costner's departure very well. Yellowstone led to 1883 which was outstanding! 5/5, and 1923, also great 4.5/5. In rewatching some episodes for the release of the new episodes, I found it dragged on a bit, hence the minor deduction. Mayor of Kingstown is a great show, but I got 4 episodes in, and found it a bit dark and parked it. Upon restarting it with my wife we made it through and it is a solid 4.5 show, but a little heavy to binge. Tulsa was a joy and we blasted through that, 5/5. Landman really is amazing though. It just was so well done 5/5. Special Ops: Lioness is also a great show. I give it 4.5/5 and is fun and bingeable. I love that Sheridan likes to use a lot of overlap in his actors. He finds good actors and lets them explore different roles.
One great example is James Jordan:

He is in almost everything Sheridan does, and usually dies. I respect that kind of teamwork. It reminds me of Adam Sandler and, earlier, John Wayne.
My wife and I also just binged the new season (so far) of Reacher 5/5. I dislike Tom Cruise, but usually like or love his films. His Reacher films were good, but Alan Ritchson IS Reacher. He made an amazing transition from Thad in Blue Mountain State (solid 3, raunchy fun)... lol
When my wife is doing her own thing, I have been making my way through Marvel's Agents of Shield 4/5. First time around it stalled for me towards the end of season 3. This time, I pushed through and it has been great, to good throughout. I am in season 6.
Another show my wife and I have started is the new Watson, starring Morris Chestnut. He does a great job, and it is sort of a Sherlock Holmesesque House due to the medical nature of the show 4/5.
Edit: forgot the trailer for Watson:
