Just finished watching a new co production between the BBC & Netflix called "The Serpent."
It's a drama based on the true story of a serial killer who was murdering hippie backpackers travelling across Asia in the 1970's.
Tahar Rahim (who was in the brilliant lead up to 9/11 series "The Looming Tower") does a great job of playing the killer.

I confess. I never saw Miami Vice before. Now binge watching from the NBC app.
current run, still a G rated show. Looks like they just modernized everything. And since we dont really have traditional hippies anymore, I figure tweekers were the next go to.
I'm watching MacArthur on Tubi. A biopic starring Gregory Peck at his best and featuring tons of pipe smoking.
I saw it a few months ago, it's a great miniseries, I liked it a lot too.
KISSTORY. I just finished watching the two part documentary streaming on A&E. I was a fan as a kid- face painting for Halloween, KISS Army, etc. Loved it! 5/5 ?

Bosch was a great series! I think they are doing a spin off since this was the last season. I sure hope so. I love the pacing, plot and LA atmosphere of the show.
Yea, but there is going to be a spin off! Can’t remember the name.

A great film from the golden era of martial arts films. The magnificent conclusion of the film is worth the price of admission on its own. Chen Kuan Tai who was in a ton of Shaw brothers films is truly awesome.

I am watching all 33 episodes of Inspector Morse on YouTube. Down to the last episode.
Good choice. That one's a bit of a deep cut and not many know the quality of Chen Kuan-Tai's performances.
