I absolutely love this thread, (yet another nod to Jiminks).

I dont get to enjoy my pipes nearly as much as Id like to. This thread lets me live vicariously though my fellow forum members. So thank you very much to all who post.

I probably spend more time on this thread than any other thread, yet have never posted on WAYS. I consider myself to be a permanent lurker since I probably post only about 5% of the times that I get on the forum.

Please keep the pictures and updates coming.

The WAYS thread is the virtual smoking lounge around here. It's not only a way to show off a new pipe or a unobtanium blend you might be smoking but a simple place to gather where we acknowledge our friends while smoking whatever it may be at the moment and not have to pontificate on anything.

To be honest, I'm not sure if my crappy pictures enhance my posts in WAYS, or are a distraction. Just speaking for myself, the text-only posts (or those with a "stock picture") are plenty enjoyable too.

Most of my photos are terrible, but they are the best I can do, and post them because I know people want to see them. Just like I want to see the pipes others smoke.

Yes, the posts move very fast. When I post three days in a row, I'm always pages behind when I get back to it.

Oh boy! are you right.
I've just returned back on-shore, having been off-shore for about 4-5 weeks. There's no way I can catch up with what's been posted after that amount of time away from WAYS. I'll take a look through most, if not all the pages I missed, but sadly, I can't read all the posts.
