Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm smoking and writing betas for this bowl of KBV Fuzzy's Dock Master beta 1 in a 1960s Austrian meerschaum bent apple with a tapered yellow stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. All the cats are snoozin'. Mine are inside, of course. Good pitching duel between Sale and Gilbert.

Celebrated a new record high for gold (again) and a 13-year high for silver with a bowl of Drew Estate Grand Central in a Savinelli Miele 641 KS smooth bent apple. Perhaps the only thing sweeter than a precious metals bull market is the tin note of this blend. I'm most thankful to @admin for maintaining the buy/sell section on here which has allowed me to amass, among many others, a couple tins of what must be one of two or three dozen out of production blends in the ol' cellar. 8/10

Bird report: California towhee, House finch, California scrub-jay, Steller's jay, American crow, Red-tailed hawk, Band-tailed pigeon, Eurasian collared-dove, Mountain chickadee, Northern flicker, White-breasted nuthatch, California quail, Anna's hummingbird, Oak titmouse, Bushtit, Spotted towhee, Dark-eyed junco, Hairy woodpecker, and Western bluebird. Certainly a full cast today.

Off to Shabbat dinner and a (hopefully) relaxing weekend. Hope everyone enjoys theirs!

Part way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Orioles-Dodgers game. It's time to feed the ferals.

Now smoking year 2020 D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Tomato the Brave came in to eat, and after that, he mercilessly attacked a catnip sock. Then, he went after the cat carousel until he wore himself out. Now, he’s laying by my feet.
