He makes a fine pipe. This is the first pipe of a bigger project I hope to one day complete. Fantastic smoker and very light weight (it's strawberry wood)

Lane 1-Q loosely packed in an Irish Seconds XL339 bowl with Savinelli Dry system stem with 6mm filter on the porch watching the rain fall this afternoon. Tonight I took a buffing pad and lightly shined up my rotation pipes. Cold rainy quiet day. The wind is supposed to gust to 36-50 mph tonight.

It sure is, also came with a boxwood stem. The acrylic is a little more comfortable though.

Passing the quarter mark on this bowl of Wilke No. 222 in an undated, unbranded straight smooth dark brown made in France Los Alton VBF billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Now smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite. Taking a work break to fed the ferals.
