First time trying Lane Black Raspberry. Dried it a few hours first. Used my "berry" dedicated cob, with the red line to designate. It isn't bad. Has a pleasant subtle sweetness. Better than the cherry tobaccos I've tried so far. Not sure I'll be buying more, but it's a nice change of pace.View attachment 244893

Thinking about raspberries, made me think about Sakura.

Have you tried KBV Sakura? Grab a pouch, this is a top notch blend. ;)

It’s not a stereotypical Aro, a lot of tobacco notes/flavors going, it’s also not a typical cherry tasting, style blend either.

Now smoking year 2016 Peter Heinrichs Curly Cut in a reddish brown 2002 Caminetto J.N.C.C. Spool three quarter bend smooth flat top and bottom with sandblast in-between and a tapered black acrylic stem. Haven't smoked the last pipe I've posted nor this one in quite a while. Same goes for the tobacco in them. I'm going to try to work in pipes I've neglected here and there for a while. This will get me to dinner time.
