Couldn't sleep, so I'm up and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

You will like it...

I have this blend overhere in my 'cellar' from different decades and it is just one fine mixture over the years. I have even reserved an old meerschaum pipe just for that.

I have been absent for a few days beavering through endless cr*p at the office. Today I opened a pouch of Mick McQuaid from the late 1990s early 2000 and was pleasantly surprised to find the plug was in pretty good condition without need of rehydration. I am using this run of the mill meerschaum 'cutty' which is slowly turning a delightful sh*t color whilst I catch up on some more chores.
