A third of the way through this bowl of D&R Raccoon’s Friend in a pre-1980s straight dark brown Comoy's Sandblast 186 billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Going to work, and listen to the Giants-Dodgers game that I DVR'd.

It's Father's Day down under, so a Very Happy Father's Day to all you Aussie Fathers on the Forums. I hope you were all spoiled by your families today.

Had a nice lunch of grilled lamb chops and salad out of the garden with a mug of chai tea.

For my 1st bowl, Germain's Rich Dark Flake (speckled with plume) in a 1899 Kippax Bros. Amber saddle stem Bulldog, which I was very lucky to purchase from Ken Barnes last year. In Memorium. RIP.

A glass of 43yo Grande Champagne Cognac from Segonzac. Matured in the cellars of the grower/distiller for 43 years prior to bottling by Hermitage Cognac/Brandy Classics of UK. image.jpgimage.jpg

Finishing the wonderful 43yo cognac with a 2nd bowl.

Esoterica Stonehaven , made by Germain, of course. And a "fraternal twin" to their Rich Dark Flake.

In a tiny Belge (group 2 bowl) also purchased from Ken Barnes last year. There are no stamping or marks on this pipe, by Ken was certain it was made by Frederick Charatan.image.jpgimage.jpg

Good morning folks !!! Last night I had to put down the pipe as soon as I lit it, my daughter asked me to tell her a story for asleep ... I fell asleep too ...  ??

So now the same, Janneman Flake in a Larryson and black Jamaican coffee

Half way through this bowl of Wilke Peanut Butter and Chocolate in a light brown 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin (GBD second) sitter with a flared top and yellow saddle stem. This, hopefully, will finish my smoking day. It all depends on how much Suzy and Molly, and the feral cats want from me. At least I got work done at the top of this hour as I hoped.
