I’m having a “wind-down” bowl of Coniston Cut Plug in the meer. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like the “sauce factor” got turned on its head with this latest drop of GH&Co. This CCP is way more Lakeland-y than the Ennerdale I ordered.

Interesting that you‘ve made that observation. @chasingembers said the same about this batch. I’m hoping I didn’t buy 3 pounds of ”Ennerdale Light”. I‘m going to set some out tonight and try it tomorrow.

It’s still excellent tobacco, so it’s not like you bought three pounds of crap, but yeah, it seems less “sauced.” I thought it might’ve just been me or the fact that I’ve been smoking it in a new pipe, but now I’m not so sure.
