Too dark to take a decent picture, but I am trying some Samuel Gawith Kendal Plug for the first time. That stuff is solid as a brick! I was able to shave off some nice thin flakes. Having it in my hobby block meerschaum. It will probably be my only bowl today.

Enjoyed a little snacking, and have about a quarter of a bowl left of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
