Humdity still high in NC so keeping with the cobs. Peacehaven in a MM country gentleman straight currently before dinner and have prepared SPC plumb pudding in a country gentleman bent for my night cap.
Last bowl of Cornell & Diehl Briar Fox from this tin in my Missouri Meerschaum straight Diplomat with blue swirl faux military forever stem. This is my second tin of this and I find it quite hit and miss. I have one more I’ve put in my “cellar” for long term aging. Will likely not repurchase this one given the other C&D Burley options being much more consistent to my palate such as Pegasus.
Payday treats..
Falcon Shillelagh with Rustic Bulldog and Hunter Algiers Bowls.
And some tobaccos I hadn't tried yet.
Enjoyed My Mixture 965 in the Algiers earlier..
About to sample some SG Full Virginia Plug in the Bulldog.
Now smoking year 2010 STG Schippers in a 1977 straight black rusticated Sir Brent 253 billiard with a silver band repair and a brown pearl grey acrylic tapered stem. Time to walk again.
Granger in a Ryan Alden Teardrop Shank Something Something (too lazy to look up correct name). This pipe was a first for Ryan and it actually is the result of two world class carvers working with him. One on design and the other on drilling.
It is a phenomenal smoker that is super light and comfortable.
Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2008 Dunhill My Mixture 965 in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a brown pearl acrylic saddle stem.
