^Jiminks^ Per Plum Pudding packing technique I did this... I packed the first 1/4 bowl with remaining shake of the previous bowl, added couple dime sized slabs, more shake then dime sized slabs again.added more shake then it smoked very consistent for me. Regardless of method I feel SPC PP is my favorite thus far.

Sounds like it's worked out for you, then. Good! I'm now smoking Seattle Evening in a medium bend 2001 Ural lattice Rhodesian with a yellow stem with white swirls.

I'm mostly though with my luxury navy flake in a Kaywoodie bulldog. I greatly enjoyed my 2nd navy flake experience!

Now it is back to SPC PlumPudding in my Dr. G Freehand! I love this stuff!

SPC Plum Pudding in a Dunhill Bruyere 4103. On balance, I really like PP but I think I prefer Mississippi River; I've yet to try Seattle Evening.

H&H BlackHouse in a Peterson Donegal Rocky Billiard (6). What a pleasant morning! This is the first pipe I've smoked in months actually. It's been so hot around here I've just had no real desire to go outside and sweat. Now that Autumn is here, I am sure I'll be enjoying my pipes a lot more! My pipe was accompanied by a cup of Earl Gray tea. The weather was a PERFECT 55 degrees and overcast. Just the kind of morning that demands a high quality Balkan in my opinion.
