Ok Jim. Far be it from me to ever question the voracity of anything that you post..... but I have read your posts in the past where it said that you had a "24 ounce Porterhouse steak" or the time you said you had "four large hamburgers," etc. But, in this post you said..... and I quote: "Lunch was three Jethro Bodine size bowls of freshly made New England clam chowder, four Nathan's hot dogs topped with mustard and chili, a few freshly made oatmeal raisin cookies and unsalted peanuts." How in the world could you possibly eat this much food??? In photos of you holding the cats, you don't look like you weigh 400 + lbs, so please fill in the blanks for us who hold you in such high esteem.......
Do you have a tape worm????
Yes, her name is Joyce because she's choice. :)

On my diet days, I keep my calorie count low so when it's off diet time, I am extra hungry, man. Also, I'm a energetic fella, and I keep my weight down. My weight varies from 172- 178 which is the range I mostly stay in, so I'm fairly thin for a six footer.

A third of a bowl left of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a post 2007 Castello straight brown Sea Rock KK US made in Cantu (Kimo) apple with a tapered black acrylic stem. Just let Tomato the Brave and Harry the Hairy in to eat. Daisy the Feral Princess has been in for several hours by my feet. The fella who adopted two of Sam the Scamp's scampers sent me a photo of them. Like Ringo, they certainly have grown.

Now smoking year 2021 KBV Your Welcome in a straight smooth dark brown 1930s (Comoy’s) Canadian Club 230 eight paneled billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. After Tomato the Brave ate, and chased Harry the Hairy out of the kitchen, he went to the cardboard box. He laid on his back and bit and bunny kicked a catnip sock, and while rolling around, he rolled the rope around him, and started biting and bunny kicking it, too. And just now, he wanted out, so I let him go. Daisy the Feral Princess and Harry the Hairy stared at Tomato like he was a new movie on TV.

Now smoking year 2020 C&D Virginia Flake in a straight medium brown 1922-1937 Irish Free State era Peterson 222 bullcap with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Harry the Hairy went out. Daisy the Feral Princess is still in the same spot near my feet and snoozin'.

English blend, made from Latakia, Orientals, and Virginia. Ribbon cut, no added flavoring. This one is quite subtle — the taste profile isn’t entirely straightforward. It’s definitely an English, but with a somewhat muted Latakia and a dry, woody tone. Made in 2022, fairly well-balanced and quietly enjoyable.

Yes, that is very trim for six feet. Wow, glad to hear that the method works well for you. My weight and waist size has stayed fairly consistent over the years. Only one size difference from when I played ball in college back in the Jurassic era.... But I have never tried the alternating days approach.

I was thinking that maybe you were slipping bites of food to the cats on the side.....
