Just ordered a tin of Horizons, excited to try.
Walter Sobchak is a fine source of guidance! Am I the only one around here that gives a - anyway…
I also spied a red-tailed hawk this week, they’re beautiful creatures. You see many vultures, like turkey vultures? They’re cool too.
It's good stuff. I'm up to my eyeballs in English blends, so a stock-up is unlikely, but I'm happy to have tried it.
Donny, you're out of your element!! Mark it zero!
They're our most common accipiter up here, and certainly help in keeping the rodent population in check. They're also surprisingly large, if you get the chance to see 'em up close. Turkey vultures are a rare sight this high (approx. 5,500'), but I have seen them in the lower elevations from time to time. Condors are the best, very rare, but they're HUUUUUGE. And exclusive to carrion, which, considering how people drive these days, is quite common.
