My first training ride since my close encounter with a certain arachnid. I’ve managed a few slow rolls. Today, I’m rocking! Wife says take it easy. Remember you can’t get back in one day. Maybe not. But, today I can rock and roll! Gonna hurt! I’m gonna love every minute of it! Hills hurt! Couches kill! Rock & Roll baby!
