Yup, were about in the same state of weather up here in Prince George. Time to dust off the .22 and go for some bunnies for the pot . . . they're real easy to see when there is no snow and the bunnies are changing colorIt’s shoulder season in Anchorage: Fall is over and the local lakes are mostly frozen, but still too thin to skate on but no snow in town to ski on. It makes for nice walking when the sun is out, which it was today. I took advantage of the conditions by smoking a burley-based stoved cherry aromatic in a vintage Medico “Double-Dri” system pipe. Very nice!

Yeah, they do. I'm also partial to sliced English cucumber for the same reason. Thumbs up!I love apples. It just turns out that they make great palate refreshers, too.
I'm dreading running out of an irreplaceable tobacco. I'm thinking that Steamworks will be my first victim.Starting my day with the last bowls of Pelican from my last tin in a Bones.

That pipe is an eyecatcher for sure.
Love the little anchor! Any idea who made them, stinger or no, and is it Algerian briar? Will it be a good smoker?
Thank you, sir!beautiful pipe
