Absolutely, I love these crisp mornings.
Today, I'm starting with a mix of Sutliff Sweet Virginia flake and HH Rustica in a Savinelli Minuto. I've been doing my best to go as slow as I possibly can, and I'm proud to say that this tiny little pipe that claims to target a "15 minute smoke" has been going strong for an hour and a half.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. No improvement on my foot, so no walking reps today.
I don't think so only because I was told by The Danish Pipe Shop (who were selling Poul Schluter's pipes) that the pipe was made in England. Because there are several small pipe makers there, they couldn't determine which one made it. Unless Stanwell is having pipes made in England, I can't see it being a sub-type. It may be that whoever made it did so for the Danish market, but I'm just guessing here.
I had a bowl of C&D Morley's Best last evening in a nothing-special basket billiard. It was one darn fine smoke, relatively light on the latakia with a lovely creaminess. Would recommend!

Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink. Have enough for one more batch.
