A third of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Dozed off to sleep after my last smoke with Sleepy Suzy on my lap. When I woke up, it was Abner the Eager who was snoozin' on my lap. I fed them and Molly Danger, who is with m'lady in the bedroom. Watching a documentary on the JFK assassination that I haven't seen before, and I've seen durn near all of them.

Last smoke of the day is D&R Penhooker in a smooth brown late 1890s, early 1900s unbranded military mount bulldog with a silver windcap and spigot with a black vulcanite, flared stem and orific bit. Watching Wyatt Earp with Sleepy Suzy by my side. Abner the Eager wanted out, so I put him where Harry the Hairy wouldn't chase him. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' by my feet. Tomato the Brave ate and wanted outside. Everybody's eaten, so I can relax until bed time.

Attacked the heavily overcaked chamber of my Sarome beater with a dremel this morning, much hilarity involving impressive clouds of soot, cleaned it up and gave it the Cabbies test - success, full flavour and an extended smoke.
Then to the Dunny, what does it like? It has a very open draw, perhaps folded FVF packed hard into the bowl. Well, that works fine and tastes very good, maybe I'll dedicate it.

Huber English balkan again in this “bird head” Ser Jacopo Maxima.
Ten out of ten for uniqueness and originality on that finish. A giraffe-like pattern or tortoise, what?
@JoburgB2 Its a ser jacopo finish that supposed to be like lava flow (I think).
It was an estate I picked up cheap. The finish was pretty dirty and muted. I put new coats of color in the existing cracks. It looks like it would be difficult but it was really more time consuming than hard. If paint strayed up on black it wiped right off easily with wet finger. You can look up other examples and shapes of that finish if you google Ser jacopo Maior.
