Gosh I hope you like it. It's very earthy and smoky and I like it sweet as mentioned. I do find the whole history of the tea quite unique and how it happened upon its name is also quite a story as its reputed to take on all its flavours from its journey through Tibet and the spice route. Googling the history of Russian Caravan Tea will provide you with many hours of intriguing study.
I am very eager to try it. The description provided on several different websites sounds wonderful. I did some preliminary study of the history. I enjoyed learning about the historical and cultural perspective. I spent a few weeks in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan some years ago. Can’t recall drinking a tea that tasted like Russian Caravan?
The region known for this tea reminds of the book “Three Cups of Tea”

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink. Watching the original Night Court. The Tigers-Guardians game starts after the top of the hour.

Homemade blend in an Old Dominion Shenandoah Cob. A few months ago, I took some C&D Yorktown and blended in roughly 1 part to 10 MacBaren HH Rustica and topped/cased it with a small pour of Dalwhinnie 15 Year Highland Malt with a drop of molasses dissolved into it and jarred the concoction. Nothing scientific. Since then, I stumbled upon Ken Byron's Myrkwood and this came out similar, but it is a bit rougher for now as it is very "young" even though at least part of the Virginias are stoved. I may let it sit on the shelf for a year and revisit it and maybe cut the rustica down a bit with some more VA added. For the record, Myrkwood was a pleasant surprise. I really enjoyed that blend.

Passing the first third of this bowl of year 2016 Newminister 400 Superior Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown year 1948 Parker Super Bruyere patent 23 88/F bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Watching the Tigers-Guardians game. Ice water and bergs is my drink. All the ferals are outside.

Mid-afternoon bowl of OJK in a 1956 250 group 2 root billiard; I'll be tending to my lovely aging parents over the rest of this week. Being otherwise occupied, I will return next week to help keep this place smoky!
