I have three breeding ewes and usually have 6-7 lambs each year. I have access to 1.5 acres of good, irrigated grass pasture. The hay provides the protein for lactating ewes and bigger meat lambs.
Nice! I wish we had any turn out pasture, but alas we don’t have irrigation (if we did I couldn’t have afforded the property😉). Plans are in mind to split about of a third of an acre up front into two fenced turn outs for our horses to rotate, but at best that’ll just be for their pleasure occasionally.

A third of the way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. M'lady fed all the ferals except for the still absent Abner the Eager. She fed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger, too, although Suzy wanted more food when I got up. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Took my wife’s jeep for a brake job. Now at home and recovering, enjoying the bright sunshine and crisp air with some ODf in a 1961 59 tanshell billiard…
