A minute or two away from smoking year 2014 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth dark brown 1916 Barling The Hunt with beautiful silver work and a black vulcanite saddle stem with an orific bit.

Part of the problem with C&D is they have so many blends, it’s hard to find the right ones. Exclusive is easily my favorite of their regular releases.

I am practically living in the hospital until she is discharged and I take her home. She had benign myomas removed, all together they are about the size of a baby. Prayers out for a speedy recovery. My wife went through something similar a few years ago. She feels 1000 times better after the hysterectomy.

Started with GH & Co Burley and Bright in a cob. I had to dump it after a few minutes. Wishing I hadn’t bought 8 oz of it. Anyone who likes it PM me and it’s yours. Now smoking Windjammer in a Briarworks.

A chap in town gave me some Brookfield #3 yesterday and I tried some in my Pete Barrel this morning, not my cup of tea to say the least and the half bowl I smoked has ghosted the pipe like no one’s business. Fortunately being a army mount it’s easily cleaned but I’m now smoking Fred the Frog in it hoping the liquorice will exorcise what ghouls are left. View attachment 252803

SPC Plum Pudding Special Reserve on this dreary afternoon. I'm glad it's finally cooled off enough for me to enjoy my English blends again. Once I finally get through this plug, it'll be time to pop the tin of Drucquer & Sons Merry Monk. Super excited for that and the many others acquired over the last 9 months.
