This forum is like a candy store. I have nothing to share at the moment but browsing in envy.
I haven't tried either of those. I love Best Brown #2, Ennerdale, Brown Flake Aro and unscented, so I had high expectations for Burley and Bright. It just isn't a pleasant smoke to me even after a few months in a jar.Have you tried Bright CR flake or Louisiana Flake?
I've tried it several times from fresh to several months in a jar and just doesn't like me. I thought I might roll some up and see how that works.I love some B&B. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your endeavor
Good morning. While I am preparing some things at home, before leaving for the hospital, I am smoking a cigar, a classic Tuscan cigar. On October 9th my wife had a complete hysterectomy operation. I am practically living in the hospital until she is discharged and I take her home. She had benign myomas removed, all together they are about the size of a baby. A pandemic that, as you know, attacks women, unfortunately. I wish you a happy day. Here it is a holiday, Virgen del Pilar. God bless you guys.View attachment 252743
I remember now, I heard Rick Newcombe talk about this blend on the Pipe Mag podcast, I tend to take his suggestions seriously, I would have never known about it otherwise. It's good stuff!
I’m curious how different is is from The Beast, I didn’t get any of that, anyone here try both? It's good stuff!
I like the statement on your cap. Very true.Chores are done. Leg a lamb on the smoker. Time for a cup of strong coffee and some HH Burley Flake in the Boswell bent Billiard. Absolutely love this tobacco- probably my favorite burley.

Good eye Carol. Couldn’t agree more.I like the statement on your cap. Very true.
I wonder if Satou had any say in this design. It’s really sweet and quite like his free hands.Semois in a Tsuge. Just a quick hit from Saint Nic before work.

friend of my dad made it for him. Boring the hole through the stem is still something I wonder about. It is an old old pipe. That’s awesome. I can say the same especially with cigars as I’m even less of an expert in those.
