Never heard of this carver before, is that your pipe on Pipedia?

Nice looker, enjoy! ❤️
Yes, that’s mine on Pipedia, Quinton is not a very prolific carver. He is more known for starting and running the North American Carvers 7 day set contest. But he carves some beautiful pipes himself.

@FurCoat I enjoyed the Chocolate Flake in my clay pipes; got a GBP2 sample pack of Bob's Flake last time I went to Buxton; got 25g of Coniston Cut Plug as well. Took 2 empty pipe baccy packets; the local tobacconist sells it loose. I also got my washing up liquid refills and filled my water bottles at the Pump Room drinking fountains - not much single use with me!
Chocolate Flake is one of the few Gawith offerings I have not smoked in my clays. I need to remedy that.

It’s got to be exceptionally good being that he did the stem work.
You started with an awesome pipe and made it even better by improving it. The color sets it off and now you have something above and beyond. It will probably cause me to follow your lead next time I get a nice meerschaum. I’m tempted to just have it shipped to Ryan from the get go. Totally a top notch piece Hoosier.
That would be a good idea. Better looking, better smoking. Solved the primary shortcoming of Meers.
