Good morning! Having some Old Joe Krantz in the Super Briar!
True.I think it's the strongest tobacco I've ever smoked. But a good smoke.
A Gawith parfait of sorts. The last bit of some '11 FVF combined with a thin flake of Sams (ahem) flake. Voila! Into the Davide Iafisco bent billiard with silver band.
This pipe is a bit of a sleeper. Doesn't look like much - a pretty standard half bent, sandblasted black billiard with a very average size silver band.
From the very first bowl it's been nothing short of perfect. Not a gurgle, not a hot surface, and it passes a cleaner with nary a twist. 90% of Mr. Iafisco's production is way outside my wheelhouse shapewise, but I had a feeling this one would be a winner.
