For the past few fall seasons I've been reading Shelby Foote's Civil War narrative and smoking one of his three mixtures: per @jiminks always 2/3 Eddie G. with 1/3 Half & Half, Sir Walter Raleigh or Barking Dog. Can't decide which mixture I prefer most yet. Which is kind of a nice problem to have.
