Too wet? Packed too tight or loose? I always rub out the coins and crumble the centers in. Always a great smoke for me.
Maybe I won’t put in pipe, just set them out to dry all day until crunchy and see if that changes anything. Maybe too loose? Once going it is really nice and tasty. I feel like I’m working cadence too hard though.

Cigars ruined me! So much less guessing, but so much less….pipe?:)

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Giants are behind 2-1 in the 9th. I'm going to work now and listen to the rest of the game.

Enjoyed half of the chocolate meringue pie, and am almost half way through this bowl of year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a smooth straight brown 1950 Dunhill 48 bulldog group 4 root briar with a black vulcanite fish tail saddle stem.

I just bought a tin of HV to try. I’m going to give it a little cellar time first before I do. Thanks for the insightful TR review of this blend.
