Made a clay pipe of Special Virginia last 12 minutes in the church porch today before it went out, while I downed a clay pipe of Special Virginia in 52s at the pub this afternoon. Need to work on my slow smoking times; any advice from forum members?

We celebrated our 49th. year of "her not killing me" with dinner at Chicago's Italian Village Restaurant, one of our favorites.
Bombay Sapphire Martini, up, for me, and G&T for Linda.
A "Captain's Salad," prepared at the table, was followed by Scaloppini ala Toscanini (beef marinated and cooked in a Barolo wine sauce with mushrooms), and complimented with glasses of a very nice Barbera wine. A cannoli for Linda and tiramisu for me, with an espresso.
When we got home, I enjoyed a Partagas Serie D No. 4, out under the gazebo, as we sipped some port, to keep us warm.
